Latest Information
Quarry planning application - statement from Kirk & Little Smeaton parish councils.
The Quarry application was heard on 28th September at County Hall in Northallerton.
We fielded 7 speakers to object and all spoke really well.
Regrettably the application was approved albeit by a very narrow majority...
6 votes to 5.
Thank you everyone for support and for monies raised for professional advice.
Sorry not to have better news.
